Evolution Flooring Contractors was founded in 2024 by Terry Keating and Nick Brawn, after more than fifty combined years on East Midlands sites. The company exists to do what big-shop flooring contractors usually compromise on: install every job personally, scribe every perimeter by hand, and finish to a standard you can read in the seam.

The studio runs a deliberately small bench. Terry, Nick or a tradesman trained the same way is on every site — no daisy-chained subbies, no cover crews, no quality drift. That is the whole proposition: the names on the quotation are the hands on the floor.
