Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of the Evolution Flooring Contractors website. They do not form the contract for any flooring works — those are governed by a separate written quotation, which you accept in writing before any work commences.

Website content

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Material specifications, pricing guidance and lead times are indicative only and confirmed in writing in your quotation. Photographs are of our own work; reproduction is permitted only with our prior written consent.

Quotations and contracts

Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. They are based on the brief and access information available at survey. Any change of scope, substrate condition discovered during prep, or access constraint not disclosed at survey may attract a written variation. The contract for works is formed when you sign and return the quotation, or otherwise instruct us in writing to proceed.

Consumer rights

For domestic clients, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this website. You also have a right to cancel a contract entered into off-premises within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless work has been completed at your express request before that period expires.

Liability

Nothing in these terms or in any quotation excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability under any contract for works is limited to the contract value.

Governing law

These terms and any contract for flooring works are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
